A 10-ton steel molecule sculpture by Steve Kline greets you at the entrance to what was once Daylight Chemical Information Systems, the company founded by David Weininger. The building, entrusted to George R. R. Martin, is now home to Stagecoach Foundation, Inc., named after the street on which Weininger lived and where he built his "Stagecoach Observatory."

Our main facility is a two-story, 10,588-square-foot building with 19 offices, two conference rooms, a loading dock, a large kitchen, storage rooms and two patio areas. Settle into one or both of our two large executive suites, relax around our firepit and enjoy the amazing “Cognition Enhancer” sculpture by Steve Kline. Lose yourself in the beautiful views of two extraordinary ranges: the Jemez Mountains to the west and the Sangre de Cristo mountains to the east.
